Bowl Food Party Menu
Bowl food functions must be for a minimum of 25 persons.
Prices are £17.50 per head. (4 appetiser bowls per person)
All the food is presented in China bowls ready to be simply laid out on a table ready for guests to help themselves and then be collected when finished. Alternatively, if you intend on transferring the food onto your own plates/bowls then we can deliver in large containers that you can portion out yourself.
We have created some delicious selections for you to customise your own menu.
Choose 4 from the menu options below. (most of the options are cold food, but some are hot dishes ready to be re heated).
Cold Bowl Buffet
Turkish Salad -Feta cheese, cucumber, olives, tomatoes, flat leaf parsley, peppers, red onion with herb dressing.
Tuna Nicoise Salad -Tuna with French beans, cherry tomatoes, new potatoes, boiled free range eggs, black olives and garlic dressing.
Teriyaki chicken noodle salad with sesame and toasted sunflower seeds with shredded pak choy (can be heated).
Chicken Caesar Salad – free range chicken breast on Romaine lettuce, Caesar sauce, parmesan shavings and garlic croutons.
Penne pasta with pesto, roasted tomatoes, mozzarella, basil and black olives (can be heated).
Hot Bowl Buffet
Special chicken Thai curry with fragrant jasmine rice.
Vegetarian risotto with parmesan (hot or cold).
Chicken Shish with Butter fried Rice and Vermicelli.
Hungarian smoked Goulash & rice dish (hot or cold).
Luxury fish pie with prawns, cheesy mash.
Moroccan chicken tagine with couscous.
Spicy jerk chicken mixed with Rice & Peas.
Chilli con carne with rice (vegetarian).
Shish Kebab with Spiced Bulgur Wheat.

Budget Finger Buffet
- Sandwich fingers: Typical Fillings: gammon ham with Dijon mustard, char grilled chicken breast, prawns, smoked salmon, coronation chicken, mozzarella cheese with tomato & basil, beef with horseradish, chicken with avocado, mature cheddar with tomato.
- Cumberland cocktail sausages
- Spring rolls and dipping sauce
- Pieces of crispy chicken breast with BBQ dipping sauce
- Crisps and nibbles
- Quiche slices
- Platter of mini mixed cakes (example: brownies, Vanilla slices, chocolate bombs)

Sandwiches on white and granary breads to include fillings such as:
Crushed free range Egg Mayonnaise with crushed black pepper
Prawn and Marie Rose Sauce.
English Roasted Ham with rocket and wholegrain mustard mayo.
Cream Cheese with Cucumber Ribbons.
Tuna and Sweetcorn.
Roasted Chicken, bacon and creamy mayo with fresh crisp salad.

Selection of homemade, hand crafted Cupcakes in a variety of toppings and flavours.
The above buffet is to be delivered with serviettes and disposable plates in disposable trays, this would ensure a simple drop off around TBC allowing you to open and enjoy the buffet at your leisure.
Everything can be thrown away at the end of your event.
